Protest Risk Reviewer
Audits the file before you award.
The gap in the record is discovered when a bidder points at it, and by then the award is already announced.
The same gaps listed while you can still fix them, each pointing at the part of the file that is thin.
How it works
Audits the process record before award: notice periods, addenda acknowledgment, evaluator consistency, unanswered questions, criteria applied as published.
AI makes drafting a protest nearly free for suppliers. Your process record has to hold up.
It reads the whole file, in order
The solicitation, the addenda, the questions, the receipts, the evaluation record and the draft award, as a sequence.
It checks the mechanics first
Notice periods, publication dates, addenda acknowledgment, signatures and deadlines, because these are the easiest things to lose on.
Then it checks consistency
Whether every question was answered, whether criteria were applied as published, and whether evaluators scored the same things.
It flags, and resolves nothing
Each finding points at the part of the record that is thin. What to do about it is the agency\x{2019}s decision.
Checked across the file

Yours to resolve
Ask it anything
Every answer quotes its page.
Answers come only from the documents on the run, and each one carries the citation you would have gone looking for.
Two things. Two bidders never acknowledged Addendum 2, which changed the bond requirement, and question 14 was asked during the Q&A period and never answered publicly.
What it will not do
Advisory, and it flags only. Every finding points at the record so a person can read it, and what to do about it stays an agency decision.
Process
The rest of this stage
Each agent is scoped to one task, and they work on the same record.
Run it on a document you already have.
