By handFound after release

A conflicting date or an unbiddable spec surfaces as a bidder question, and the fix costs an addendum or a rebid.

With the agentFound before release

The same defects are listed while the document is still a draft, each pointing at the section it came from.

How it works

Pre-release defect check: conflicting dates, ambiguous specifications, unbiddable requirements, restrictive language, missing mandatory clauses.

Catches the errors that cause addenda, extensions and rebids, before the document is public.

01

It reads your draft, not a template

The review runs against the document you are about to publish, including the attachments and the forms bidders have to return.

02

It looks for the defects that cost you time

Conflicting dates, ambiguous specifications, requirements nobody can bid to, restrictive language and missing mandatory clauses.

03

It shows you where each one is

Every finding cites the section it came from, so you can read the sentence yourself rather than take the finding on trust.

04

You decide what to change

It flags and explains. Which findings matter, and what the document says instead, stays with the person who owns the solicitation.

Ask it anything

Every answer quotes its page.

Answers come only from the documents on the run, and each one carries the citation you would have gone looking for.

Solicitation Reviewer

Three things. Section 4.6 asks for an "industry standard" finish without naming one, section 5.2 requires a bid bond without stating the amount, and section 6.4 names a brand with no "or equal" language.

What it will not do

The review is advisory. It reports what it found and where, and the procurement officer decides which findings are real and what the document says instead.
