The Utility Invoice Manager brought sophisticated automation to their 800+ utility accounts, combining invoice processing with asset management functionality. We added SmartDocs Diversity Reporting to provide online diversity reporting from both primary suppliers and their subcontractors, enhancing their supplier diversity program. The Expense Reporting module replaced their paper-based system with electronic approvals and automated reimbursement processing.
