1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, or, if you represent an entity or organization, that entity or organization ("you"), and SmartDocs, defining the terms for your use of the Site and Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You affirm that you possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the represented entity. You also certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

SmartDocs does not intentionally collect personal information about children under 13 years old. Such children may only browse the Site, and parents or legal guardians cannot accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a child aged 13 to 18, you are fully responsible for their use of this Site and any legal liabilities they may incur. 7. Terminations

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect until they are terminated by either you or SmartDocs. You have the option to terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing any further use of the Site. SmartDocs also holds the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, and it may do so immediately without prior notice, subsequently denying you access to the Site, if SmartDocs, in its sole discretion, finds that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement by either party, you must expeditiously destroy all materials that you have downloaded or obtained from this Site, including all copies of such materials, whether made under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise. SmartDocs' rights pertaining to any Comments shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
